COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course provides an introduction to the hardware specifics of HDMI and the DigitalMedia products This instructor led online course on Crestron DigitalMedia serves as a prerequisite to the DMC-E-4K courses. It is intended for industry professionals who are transitioning to the digital age and need to understand how to implement the Crestron DigitalMedia product family by understanding the technical details needed including the tools to install, how to troubleshoot and fully commission systems.
After successful completion of this course, you will be able to:
Understand the Crestron DigitalMedia products to allow Audio and Video distribution.
Work with Crestron tools within systems for all Crestron DM products.
Troubleshoot common problems.
AUDIENCE:
This is an introductory level technician and engineer course for individuals entering the Crestron environment seeking the ability to work with systems designed around Crestron Digital Media products.
PREREQUISITES:
Prior to registering for this course, completion of the DM Certified Designer– 4K (DMC-D-4K) is required.
